I realized I haven't shown you around my kitchen with it all dressed up for Christmas! There are alot of pictures so get comfy:) I am starting off at the buffet area, which I LOVE!!! I did it with my gingerbread houses and Kindle figures.  Of course to the right is the TEMPORARY bar area til Joe gets the bar built downstairs! That will be done right after the holidays. It is so simple to put together. I got a rotisserie chicken from the grocery and cut it into small pieces. I mixed a can of cream of chicken soup, a can of cream of celery soup and a 1/2 cup of milk. I placed a bag of broccoli florets in the casserole dish, added the chicken, then poured the soup mixture over it all and mixed it together. Add pepper to taste. I don't add salt as the soup has salt in it. Then put shredded SHARP chedder cheese over it all and bake at 350 for about 35-40 minutes.  I make this quite alot as it is EASY and tastes delicious.
