It is still frigid here but today we are supposed to go up to the 20's!!! Whoo Hoo!!! I wanted to show you the "new" valance I put in the morning room with the new blinds! I have had this valance for several years but never used it. I bought it from a friend at her garage sale (along with several other goodies). I loved the neutral background and the palm tree pattern!
