~~~Look what I got!!!~~~

For Easter our daughter and Son-in-law brought me this beautiful hydrangea. And at the same time I had been looking (for a long time) for an olive bucket. However the REAL ones are VERY expensive and then Yvonne at Stone Gable reminded me that WALMART carried them!!!!! I had totally forgotten! So, I got online and ordered one right away. Until the weather starts to cooperate my hydrangea will live here!!! In the breakfast room, in my new "olive bucket". I love it and am going to age it so it looks a little more authentic. ~~~Adding Baskets to the Breakfast Room Wall~~~

Gradually I am pulling things out and adding some decor to walls and surfaces. We have been here over a year but with taking care of the other house I have not been really "on my game" so to speak. But I see the light at the end of the tunnel so I am having fun doing this and that around here. I love bskets and have been collecting them for YEARS!!! I wish I still had all of them but some got purged, sadly. I am finding places to use them here. I decided that I wanted to move the bakers rack out of the breakfast room and replace it with the hutch that Joe had made me for the old house. I LOOOOVE the change!!! It FEELS much better now. New/Old Kitchen Table

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">Good Wednesday afternoon! I am still a BUSY girl, getting ready for "the kids" to move in this weekend. We decided to give T and D the kitchen table we were using, since their "morning room" will be ALOT bigger than our breakfast room, AND it has 6 chairs. I love the style of the table and chairs. The way I acquired it was our son tried to sell it at a garage sale here for....are ya ready... $150.00, brand new in the boxes!!!!!!!!!!!!! And it didn't sell! You can't get a not so nice table and FOUR chairs at K Mart for that let alone that table and 6 chairs. Anyway, now T and D will have it to enjoy. I always felt it was a little too big for our room but didn't want to give it away. Can you guess where I found it??? This beauty came from KMart!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was so excited to see it hanging on a rack all by itself, it was the only one and the right size!!! Karma????
