2013 christmas tour - 12 days of christmas

Today is the day my friends. So you will see them all over the house, on lamps, doorknobs, wreaths and of course, the tree. Keep an eye out for them. So pink it is, with a little red and white thrown in. Can one ever get enough of ribbon at Christmas? They really are beautiful plates and their colors pop right off the table. This is my life sized, Joyce Ditz santa. I have been collecting Santas for almost 30 years so have ALOT of them. Mostly all hand made. This one is by far my favorite of them all. He is standing here to greet our guests and I can see him from the kitchen too. This one on the left of the mantle is a Polish santa. She would reserch and see what clothes they would have worn and she sent a paper with each Santa explaing everything. He has a tapestry wrap under his coat and carries a star. He also carries a real doll from Krakaw, you can read it under the stand!
