Continuing the Tour, The Front of the House Decorated for Fall

I have shown you the foyer so I better show you the front of the house before we proceed to other spots!  I know this may change some but right now ths is how the front of the house looks, decorated for FALL!!! Fall is my favorite time of year. Yes, I LOVE summer and now that we live here, I LOVE having the pool to go to. But Fall brings so many things I love: hot cider, football, cozy throws, pumpkin anything, comfort food, I could go on and on!!!! So here are a few shots of the front of my house. When I look back to last years pictures, I am kinda amazed! It has changed ALOT in just one short year! We will be in this house one year on Oct. 1st!!!! I can hardly believe it!!!! I got this pillow at Christmas Tree Shops 2 years ago. The plant stand will go inside when it gets too cool outside. I hosted a luncheon for the ladies in my development today and made a couple of things to give as gifts. I made an all white arrangement for the woman who is the newest resident. I will show you that soon. I also made this Fall wreath for a woman whose birthday is today. Today I wanted to share my new "winter" wreath! I made it with mostly things I had on hand, then added faux succulents!  I wanted something simple that would carry me for the few weeks til SPRING and Easter and bunnies etc.!!! Sorry fpr the background but my work station is in the storage area of the basement. I will share that one day soon:):) I always make my wreaths on an easel. It makes it much easier to see for correct placement. I started with a grapevine wreath and the first thing I placed was this piece. I swear, once you use a glue pot, you will never use a glue gun again. This is so much eaier and faster and puts more glue on a pick. You have more control, I feel. I have had this one glue pot for about 15 years now!!! Forgive the stick that is in there in this shot. I have seen real and faux succulents being used all over blogland these days. I am looking for a terrarium so I can make one for in the house.
